I’m Connie Valente, a Registered Dental Hygienist, and I’ve had the privilege of building an extraordinary career spanning over four decades across multiple sectors of the dental industry. My experience includes clinical roles in general, cosmetic, and periodontal practices, as well as DSO offices. Beyond the operatory, I’ve served as an office manager in private practices, as sales manager for dental and medical device companies, and as a clinical consultant and coach for growing practices. In addition to my extensive dental hygiene career, I have developed and managed my own business for over 20 years.
